When you are suffering from a hard to heal wound, venous leg ulcer, chronic oedema or a skin condition or when you simply require general wound care without waiting for an appointment from your local GP, we are the provider you need. Our professional team of specialist wound and skin care/dermatology nurses are equipped to handle all wound and some skin conditions

​You can rest assured – we have a commitment to excellence when it comes to the level of care we provide. We do ask you to send us a photo of your wound and skin condition for our free 10 minutes no obligation initial consultation. Following your consultation with the specialist skin and wound care nurse , if a prescription has been issued, we will email the pharmacy nearest to you and you will need a copy of photo Identification, either a passport or driving license to collect from your medication. If your appointment is in the evening, then we cannot always guarantee a same day prescription service but it will be arranged the following morning.

There are a number of different skin condition that we can help you to manage. Conditions such as eczema on the legs, fungal skin condition, dry skin condition, acne and condition as a result of moisture on the skin.
The aim of post-operative wound care is to allow the wound to heal rapidly. without complication. Our experts will assess your wound and provide you with an individual care plan for your wound.

A venous leg ulcer may arise spontanously or as a result of any injury of the leg. A venous leg ulcer is a wound on the leg below the knee which fails to show signs of healing within 6 weeks, A full assessment will be done this assessment will include a simple test on the blood flow to your leg. there will be questions on overall health and on the condition of the ulcer.
WOUND CARE
We know that sometimes waiting to be seen by the NHS can be long and sometime challenging when it comes to wound care. If you have got a surgical wound or any acute wound and would like to be seen without having to wait then Delange Skin and woundcare will assess and provide you with a care plan

CHRONIC OEDEMA
Oedema (swelling) occur as a result of an increase in fluid in your legs. Oedema can be a very painful and distressing condition that can occur because of Eczema, lack of mobility during a long journey, contact dermatitis, poor circulation, lymphoedema and leg ulcer.
