If you are dealing with a difficult-to-heal wound, venous leg ulcer, chronic oedema, or a skin condition, or if you need general wound care without waiting for a local GP appointment, we are here to help. Our dedicated team of specialised wound care and dermatology nurses is fully equipped to manage all wound and certain skin conditions. You can have peace of mind knowing that we are committed to providing exceptional care. We kindly ask you to send us a photo of your wound or skin condition for a free initial consultation lasting 10 minutes with no obligation. After your consultation with our specialist nurse, if a prescription is needed, we will contact the nearest pharmacy. Please remember to bring a form of photo identification, such as a passport or driving license, to collect your medication. If your appointment is in the evening, please note that we may guarantee same-day prescription service, but it will be arranged for the following morning.
SKIN CARE
We can assist you in managing various skin condition, including: acne, psoriasis, eczema on the legs, infections, dry skin, hyperkeratosis, and issues caused by excessive moisture on the skin.

WOUND CARE
Waiting for NHS wound care can be lengthy and challenging. If you have a surgical or acute wound and want prompt attention, Delange and Woundcare is here to assess your needs and create a personalized care plan.
POST-OPERATIVE WOUND CARE
The goal of post-operative wound care is to facilitate rapid healing of the wound without complication. Our specialists will evaluate your wound and create a personalized care plan for you.


LEG ULCER CARE
A comprehensive assessment will be conducted, including a simple test to evaluate blood flow to your leg, along with questions regarding your overall health and the state of the ulcer.
