Cancellation Policy

Training Booking Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 24 hours of the time of booking will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total training fee. This policy applies to all training sessions booked through our platform, whether online or in-person. The remaining 50% of the fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please Note: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking system. The 24-hour period is calculated from the exact time the booking was confirmed. After the 24-hour window, our standard cancellation policy applies.
