About Delma
Delma is the CEO of Delange Skin and Woundcare Ltd and a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 23 years in wound care, skin health, and medical aesthetics. She is an Independent and Supplementary Non-Medical Prescriber (V300), combining advanced clinical expertise with a passion for delivering safe, effective treatments.
Delma began her NHS career in 2002 as a registered nurse with the Wandsworth District Nursing Team and went on to achieve a BSc (Hons) in Healthcare Practice (Tissue Viability). She later progressed to Team Leader and worked for over nine years as a Tissue Viability Nurse Specialist, playing a key role in delivering and developing specialist wound care services.
Alongside running her private clinic, Delma remains actively involved in the NHS, contributing to education, clinical leadership, and the development of best practices in wound management and skin care. She designs and delivers training programmes for healthcare professionals and has led wound advisory clinics, supporting high standards of patient care.
Her qualifications span advanced wound management, V300 prescribing, tissue viability, medical aesthetics (including microneedling, dermal fillers, and anti-wrinkle treatments, fat dissolving), and advanced clinical assessment. She also holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies and an Associate Fellowship (AFHEA).
Delma has contributed to the advancement of her field through publications in leading journals, including the British Journal of Nursing and the Journal of Community Nursing.

Meet Delma
Delma is the Founder and CEO of Delange Skin and Woundcare Ltd, a Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber (V300) with over 23 years of experience in skin health, wound care, and medical aesthetics.
With an extensive NHS background, including senior leadership and specialist roles in tissue viability, she is recognised for her clinical expertise, precision, and dedication to high-quality patient care.
Delma specialises in anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, and advanced skin therapies, combining medical knowledge with an artistic approach to deliver natural, refined results.

Wound Care Consultant
Caroline Hunter. RN
Meet Caroline
Caroline is a Registered General Nurse with over 35 years of experience and more than two decades as a Tissue Viability (Wound Care) Nurse Specialist. She leads and coordinates tissue viability services within an inner London NHS Foundation Trust, where she has developed and expanded the service into a highly skilled specialist team.
Passionate about wound care, Caroline has established wound advisory clinics and delivers education programmes for healthcare professionals in areas including wound management, pressure ulcers, and leg ulcer care. She is particularly recognised for her expertise in the assessment and treatment of leg ulcers.
Caroline provides strong clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care, and holds multiple specialist qualifications in tissue viability, district nursing, and wound management.

Dermatology/Wound Specialist
David Haigh RN, NMP
David worked as both a Tissue Viability Nurse specialist and a Dermatology Nurse Specialist nurse. David gained his RGN qualification in 1993 at Scarborough School of nursing. In 2001 he joined the Dermatology team at huddersfield Royal Infirmary where he gained his BSC in professional deveopment, before moving into Barnsley Hospital to become clinical nursing lead. In 2011 David took up a Clinical Nurse Specialist role at the World renowned St John's Dermatology at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital.
In 2015 he transferred to the Tissue Viability Service. In 2021 David retired from the NHS and presently works with the homeless and offering nurse consultations in dermatology.
In his career David has worked with the CQC for 3 years and also for 3 years prepared legal reports for clients including NHS resolution, has been published in the Journal of Community nursing and Dermatology Nursing

Our services includes in person or a free 10-minute online consultation, allowing you to share images of your wound or skin condition for assessment.
Our team of highly qualified Tissue Viability (wound care), Dermatology specialist nurses and Medical Aesthetic practitioner will develop a personalised plan tailored to your specific skin, wound care and aesthetic treatment needs.
We prioritise meeting your urgent requirements by
offering same-day appointments and providing attentive assistance throughout your healing and aesthetic treatment journey.
We also provide wound care in your own home if you not able to attend the wound clinic.
We also provide bespoke training service in wound and skin care.
